After what feels like an eternity, SmokeLong is going on the road again. We’ve missed the nomad life. We love meeting our workshop participants, quarterly contributors, and anyone else who wants to pop by and say hi.
On September 11th and 12th, we’ll be at Sainsbury Centre at the UEA in Norwich, England. We’ll buy you a beverage and give you immediate feedback on one flash draft. Just walk past the roundy bit where the front desk is to the Terrace Café and look for Helen and Christopher.

On October 10th, 11th, and 12th we—Video Guy and I—will be in San Francisco. A few of you have already shown interest in meeting up. We’ll definitely meet for awkward mingling. Day and time to be announced.
On October 28th we’ll be in Houston, flying in for one night, and would love to meet up with SmokeLong friends at around 9pm. Place to be arranged.
And then we’ll be in Costa Rica for a month! On the off chance we have contributors, workshop participants, or past lovers who live in or will be in Costa Rica in November, just let us know. We’d love to meet you!
