Throughout the early ’80’s, Sabine Meyer gained experience as a freelance photographer in Berlin, Germany. She later expanded her skills in Milan, Italy, working alongside Gianni Baggi as a photo assistant in his commercial advertising photography studio. She proceeded to undertake various assignments such as still life, industrial reportage, portraiture and fashion; in addition, she began collaborating with the German production ClassicConcept for video productions. Currently living in Ascoli Piceno, Italy, she’s mainly working in reportage and Fine Art photography. She’s a member of the European Artgroup Frequenzen e.V. and has had exhibitions in Germany, Italy, Malta, Spain, France, Finland, Hungary and Austria.
In September 2022 SmokeLong launched a workshop environment/community christened SmokeLong Fitness. This acclaimed community workshop is happening right now on our dedicated workshop site. If you choose to join us, you will work in a small group of around 15-20 participants to give and receive feedback on flash narratives.
