Donna Miscolta is the author of three books of fiction. The latest, Living Color: Angie Rubio Stories, was published in September 2020 by Jaded Ibis Press, and hailed by Washington State Book Award winner Sharma Shields as “… fiction at its very best: intimate, universal, historical, and relevant as hell to our current era.” Her previous books are Hola and Goodbye (Blair, 2016), winner of the Doris Bakwin Award for Writing by a Woman, and When the de la Cruz Family Danced (Signal 8 Press, 2011), which poet Rick Barot called “… intricate, tender, and elegantly written—a necessary novel for our times.”
